A letter from Bob and Erica.
From the beginning, our heart for Project Healed has been simple: we want to create a space where truth can be spoken with humility, pain can be named with wisdom, and healing can begin in the presence of God.
We know these conversations are tender. Many of the topics we discuss touch places of grief, confusion, disappointment, trauma, leadership failure, spiritual harm, and the deep longing for restoration. We do not approach these conversations as perfect people, and we do not present our guests as perfect people. We are all human. We see in part, we know in part, and we are all still being formed by the grace and mercy of God.
Our desire is not to create a place of accusation, speculation, or public targeting. Our desire is to help create a thoughtful, pastoral, and trauma-informed space where people can better understand patterns, systems, leadership dynamics, lived experiences, and pathways toward healing.
Each episode is a conversation, not a final conclusion. The presence of a guest, a personal story, a question, or a point of view does not necessarily mean that Project Healed, Bob, or Erica fully endorses every statement, opinion, interpretation, or conclusion expressed. We are inviting honest dialogue, not demanding uniform agreement.
Our episodes are not intended to make allegations against any specific person, church, ministry, organization, or institution, whether named or unnamed. We ask our viewers, listeners, and community to engage with care, wisdom, integrity, and a humble heart. Scripture reminds us to speak the truth in love, to restore with gentleness, to examine our own hearts, and to pursue peace wherever possible. That is the spirit we want to carry. We believe truth matters. Accountability matters. Healing matters. And the way we hold these conversations matters too.
Our prayer is that Project Healed would help people find language for what they have walked through, courage for the healing journey ahead, and hope that God is still near to the brokenhearted. No matter where someone finds themselves in life, in pain, in leadership, in faith, or in their walk with God, our heart is to see people move toward healing, wholeness, repentance where needed, restoration where possible, and deeper freedom in Christ.
With love and humility,
